PAYMENT TERMS

For engagements involving multiple phases or milestones, payment may be required according to the payment schedule established in the applicable agreement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late charges or other collection costs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement. Amass Consulting Inc. may suspend or discontinue services when an account remains unpaid.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because consulting services may involve reserved time, preparation, analysis, customized work, and other resources, refunds are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement or written cancellation policy. A client requesting cancellation should contact Amass Consulting Inc. as soon as possible. Any refund, cancellation fee, or payment obligation will be determined according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. Clients are also responsible for reviewing recommendations and making their own business decisions. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely client information may affect project timelines.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Consulting and advisory services provide professional guidance and support, but Amass Consulting Inc. does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, professional, or business outcome. Results depend on numerous factors, including client decisions, implementation, market conditions, and circumstances outside the company's control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, documents, and other work product created specifically for a client will be governed by the applicable service agreement. Amass Consulting Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, general knowledge, processes, methodologies, templates, and know-how.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Amass Consulting Inc. will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided by clients in connection with an engagement, subject to applicable law and the terms of any separate confidentiality agreement. Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source is not considered confidential solely because it was shared during an engagement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amass Consulting Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website or consulting services. Any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable law and any specific terms contained in the applicable service agreement.
